This example is very similar to the Mexico Map example, except
that in this example I'm using an image of the seating layout for the RBC
Center stadium in Raleigh, NC instead of a map of mexico.

I have set up a drilldown/hotspot (using the annotate "html" variable, with 
html title= charttip/flyover-text and href= drilldown) so that when you click
on a seating section it takes you to the actual webpage for buying a seat
in this section.

Caution! - Note that when you click, it goes to the *real* website, and
if you buy a seat then you're *really* buying a seat!  ;)
