This is a proof-of-concept showing that SAS/Graph can do a
"turnip chart", like the ones STATA can do.

A turnip chart is basically a histogram, turned on it's side, 
and then each bar centered rather than lining them all up
at zero.

Personally I think a histogram is a little easier to look at
the graph and get more exact numbers, but the turnip chart 
is a "different" way of looking at the data which might help
gain different insight.  

Some people might like to look for similarities and differences
by comparing the shapes of turnip charts, similar to comparing 
"radar charts".
