The map in this one is the same as nano.htm, but in
this one I only do the Texas map.

Then, I create an annotate sheet with a 'porthole' in it for the
desired section of texas to show through. I'm not sure if this is
possible to do as one polygon with a 'hole' in it, like a gmap with a
'lake' (I don't think it can be), so I created this annotated sheet
in two pieces. First I do the top 1/2 of the sheet/hole, and then
I do the bottom 1/2, and when I put the 2 pieces together, they
fit perfectly, with no "seam" and look like one large sheet with
a hole in it.

I use some blank title statements to position the texas map exactly
where I want it, and I usa annotate to place the text that looks
like the title/caption.
