This example demonstrates how to take an existing image
(such as a floorplan, seating chart, etc), and annotate 
colored dots onto it, to represent info onto that image.

This example also demonstrates the new v9.3 'transparent' colors, 
such that you can see the numbers on the image 'through' the 
colored dots.  You can still use this example pre-v9.3, but
you'll need to change the alpha-transparent color name to a
regular color name.
