This example demonstrates how to take an arbitrary image (such as
a screen-capture of a Google satellite map), and come up with a 
coordinate system (using the x & y pixels), and then annotate 
markers on the map using that coordinate system.

This technique is described in detail, in my book 
"SAS/Graph: Beyond the Basics"
