This example is very similar to isabel1.htm

The neat 'trick' in this example is the little "tails" on the
gplot markers, indicating what the wind direction was at the time
that data obsn was recorded.

For the blue tails, I create an annotate data set, and I put one end
of the line at the data coordinate, and I calculate the other endpoint
by taking the compass wind direction and doing some conversions and
trig functions, and calculate the x/y coordinate of the other endpoint.

This is a very neat-looking effect, and I've never seen it done
in SAS before :)
